The firm led coordination of architecture, landscape, lighting, signage, FFE, and art, becoming a key advisor and peer reviewer for the client. Bricolage provided strategic oversight for key areas including the penthouse units, rooftop, and shared courtyard—enhancing overall market appeal. During a critical pre-leasing phase, the client turned to Bricolage to quickly re-stage three model units within a single day. All three units leased within 24 hours, underscoring the impact of strategic design and timely execution.
