This project began as a competitive process involving several prominent national and international firms. The collaborative team of FER Studio, Torgen Johnson Design, and the Bricolage design team was ultimately selected as the winner. Situated on a sprawling five-acre site adjacent to the city’s central train station, the development features a mixed-use program comprising retail, creative office space, restaurants, diverse multi-family housing, and a 1,200-space parking structure.
