Bricolage, Inc. transformed a long-vacant retail space into a vibrant shared workspace hub within the Simi Valley Town Center. We conducted feasibility studies to evaluate multiple redevelopment scenarios and identify the most effective programmatic strategy. Bricolage led the project through architecture, interior design, signage, and full FFE procurement, delivering 50 rentable private suites and revitalized outdoor spaces that enhance connectivity to the surrounding mall. The result is a flexible, dynamic environment that brings new energy and purpose to a previously underutilized area.
