This project, located near Abbot Kinney in Venice, California, was designed as an eclectic, creative art studio–like space for the firm. Situated in an industrial warehouse building on Vernon Avenue, the design includes a double-height open office, a large conference room, and a mezzanine for breakout meetings—fostering both collaboration and creative flexibility. The original office space is approximately 2,000 square feet, with a newly added 6,000-square-foot space located just across the alley, allowing the firm to expand while maintaining its vibrant, artistic atmosphere.
