In just six months, a former 66,000 SF BMW showroom and body shop was transformed into a dynamic creative campus. The project involved rezoning from industrial to commercial use, securing planning approvals, environmental remediation, and structural retrofitting.

The facility comprised of 44,000 SF of custom interiors and built-ins for Gehry Partners, LLC, and 22,000 SF for Chiat/Day—linked by a private bridge. A central breezeway was reimagined as a rotating exhibition space for Gehry’s artist collaborators, fostering ongoing dialogue between art, architecture, and community.
