This project was designed as a creative office space for a small tech company in a bow truss warehouse building on Rose Avenue in Venice, California. The company had leased the space that was once the office of Charles and Ray Eames, located just off Abbot Kinney, adding a rich layer of design heritage to the project. The layout features a double-height open office, a large conference room, and a mezzanine level designed for breakout meetings—balancing functionality with a nod to the site's creative legacy.
