Bricolage, Inc. worked closely with the client to develop the amenities program and unit layouts during the programming phase of The505 LA. Bricolage introduced innovative features such as indoor and outdoor study lounges and podcast studios. Bricolage was responsible for interior architecture & design, lighting design, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), as well as art procurement and installation. Bricolage partnered with a student furnishing company to create custom unit packages and brought in a hospitality supplier to offer convenient move-in kits with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Designed for out-of-town students, these kits were available for online preview and purchase. Bricolage also staged model units and established a temporary leasing office to assist with pre-leasing efforts.
