Located in the exclusive Peterborg area, this project involves the design of a new two-story, approximately 2,000-square-foot home built on an existing foundation and cistern damaged in a past hurricane. The design reuses the existing infrastructure while introducing a resilient, modern structure that meets current codes. It thoughtfully integrates architecture with the seascape and natural light, creating a home that responds both to the history of the site and its striking coastal environment. The project is in its final stages of construction and is scheduled for completion in early 2026.
