Originally built in the 1910s and listed in Santa Monica’s Landmark Building Inventory, this historic residence has been thoughtfully updated through a series of phased renovations. The first, in 2011, restored the facade and added a new entry gate. In 2016, a detached garage was converted into an office with an integrated ADU. The final phase, completed in 2018, expanded and reimagined the primary suite and living room—balancing contemporary function with respect for the home’s historic character.
