Les Rosenberg has been active in the design and construction of Los Angeles buildings for more than 30 years, including both public and private facilities, of all types.

His experience includes engineering systems for more than 5 million square feet of projects, world-wide. He also acted as the Design Review Engineer, under contract to Los Angeles County, responsible for the design and constructability review of all new public hospitals, for seven years.

He is also the Technical Advisor to the Los Angeles Better Buildings Challenge, a DOE, LADWP and LA Mayor’s Office sponsored service that assists owners in retrofitting energy and water saving systems for older buildings.

He also served, for 10 years, as the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors Building Committee at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, overseeing an annual construction budget of approximately $100,000,000.
