Leslie Y. Wilson holds dual degrees in Fine Arts and Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design. She began her career at Architectural Research Office in New York and later became Associate Director of Store Design at Prescriptives, a division of Estée Lauder, where she helped shape brand identities for several major cosmetics brands.
She has worked on civic and residential projects at firms like MR Architecture and Anderson/Schwartz, and later joined Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh in Santa Monica to focus on large-scale multi-family housing. As an Associate at Frank O. Gehry Architects, Leslie contributed to landmark projects including the Art Gallery of Ontario and Beekman Tower, becoming the first woman in a senior role to lead a Manhattan skyscraper.
As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, she led major hospitality and corporate developments. In 2010, she founded Bricolage, Inc., delivering full-scope services for housing and mixed-use projects.
Leslie’s work has been published internationally, and she has lectured at leading design schools across the U.S.
