Our branding design process begins with the initial presentation of design concepts for architecture and interiors.
For LUX Costa Mesa, the concept was 'Modern Resort Living,'
which emphasized the project's expansive 4.2-acre campus with a comprehensive range of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.
This concept seamlessly integrated into every aspect of the project, from planning and architecture to interiors, art, and branding. Our branding efforts included the creation of a logo, all print and digital collateral for the project's pre-leasing, and ongoing marketing campaigns.
